Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this site. When making a payment on this webshop, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
PRICING:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices do not include shipping costs and local taxes, where applicable.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of such refusal or cancellation, you will be refunded the amounts paid by you related to that order, if applicable.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept payments by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled after this grace period has passed.
SHIPPING:
All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice unless you have provided specific written instructions to use a particular carrier. Additional charges may apply for special crating and handling requests.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees incurred during the transit of their ordered items.
RETURN POLICY:
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and strive to be fair and accommodating with regard to returns. However, please note that certain items are non-refundable unless faulty. The following items are non-refundable:
- Any product with personalized details such as a name or special word is placed on the item.
Products should be returned within 14 days, accompanied by the Delivery Note, in their original undamaged packaging, with labels still attached, and including all accessories, parts, instructions, and any free gifts.
If we find that a product has been returned to us in a condition that is not fully resaleable or with damaged packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 40% of the original selling price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that transport costs will not be refunded.
Made-to-order and non-refundable products cannot be returned for any reason unless faulty. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
DAMAGED GOODS:
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Upon receiving your order, please examine it for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, we will provide a replacement only if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days and with the following:
- Proof of posting certificate from your Post Office.
- Retention of the original packaging for carrier inspection.
- Photos documenting the damage.
