WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE!

All our items are shipped from Spain.

PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMELINE:

Once your payment is received, we will begin preparing your package for shipment. Products will be shipped within 10 business days. In Europe, the package generally arrives within 2 weeks. For destinations outside Europe, the delivery may take longer.

UNAVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY:

If you are not at home during a courier delivery, several things can happen depending on the delivery service and their policies. Here are some possible scenarios:

  1. Delivery to a neighbor: The courier may leave your package with a trusted neighbor who is willing to accept it on your behalf. They might leave a note or notification indicating where your package has been delivered.

  2. Reattempted delivery: The courier may make another delivery attempt on a different day. They might leave a notice or contact you to schedule a more convenient time for delivery.

  3. Delivery to a pickup location: The courier may take your package to a designated pickup location such as a local post office, depot, or a nearby store partnered with the delivery service. You would then need to visit the specified location to collect your package within a certain timeframe.

  4. Delivery rescheduling: Depending on the courier's policies, you may be able to reschedule the delivery for a more suitable time when you will be available to receive the package.

  5. Package return: In some cases, if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, and you don't arrange an alternative solution within a specified timeframe, the courier may return the package to the sender. This can happen if the courier is unable to reach you or find a safe location to leave the package.

If no shipping costs are displayed, we do not currently ship our products to your country. This may occur if our preferred delivery services do not service your location.
